Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vancouver Mall-Portland Area, An Ihg Hotel, Vancouver

The hotel rooms were mostly comfortable and efficient for our needs, but the noise level was as loud as a plane, making it very difficult to sleep. However, the room size was excellent for accommodating my brothers, sisters-in-law, cousin, and aunt's gathering.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not what I initially booked, turned out to be very spacious and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, but there were moments of being unaccommodating. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, but the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was a stay with both positives and negatives.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making our two nights there a pleasant experience. However, the dining options were a bit limited, but I was grateful for the breakfast every day. The service was top-notch, focused on every little detail, although the initial check-in and breakfast reception were a bit lacking in friendliness.
